尼菲酒庄的合伙人们自1998年开始在Methow Valley尝试葡萄园种植， assortment of vines ranging from Pinot noir to Cabernet Sauvignon. In 2001, they ventured to Willamette Valley to craft exquisite Pinot noir wines. Their journey continued as they joined Advanced Vineyards and later worked under the tutelage of Isabelle Dutarte at Soter Vineyards. Tony Soter and James Cahill, two of the key partners, settled at Soter Vineyards. Meanwhile, Heather, another partner, concentrated on retail sales and tirelessly searched for exceptional winemakers. Together, they conceptualized a wine label, 'Nonni and Zing,' producing a mere 250 cases annually with grapes sourced from Dundee Hills AVA.
In 2004, the partners were enchanted by Washington State and established their own estate in the southern shore of Lake Chelan AVA. The same year, they expanded their initial test vineyard and cultivated additional vineyards, including Rocky Mother for Syrah and Stone's Throw for Riesling. In 2007, they began equipping their winery with the necessary facilities and planting grapevines. The following year, on Valentine's Day, they proudly opened their tasting room.

尼菲酒庄以其独特的红葡萄酒和白葡萄酒闻名，例如2011 Cabernet Franc、2011 Rx-3、2011 Defiance Syrah、2011 Riesling和2011 Stone’s Throw Riesling。其中，2011 Stone’s Throw Riesling更是荣耀地入选为2012年世界百大葡萄酒。
