Established in 2012 under the visionary stewardship of Dawn Galante, Dawn’s Dream Winery has earned its reputation for crafting exquisite wines. Notably, this esteemed estate curates its grapes from the finest vineyards within Monterey County, with a special location sourced from the renowned Santa Lucia Highlands. The sommelier of Dawn’s Dream Winery is Greg Vita, a highly-acclaimed winemaker who graduated from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Plant Science.Greg Vita’s extensive career as a winemaker includes stints at respected estates like Frogs Leap, Dunn, Spottswoode Estate, and Chimney Rock Winery. His expertise extends beyond winemaking, as he has also served as a consulting winemaker and vineyard manager in Napa Valley, Santa Cruz Mountains, and various wineries within Monterey County. Emphasizing traditional winemaking methods, Dawn’s Dream Winery produces its premium wines through the hands-on care of Greg Vita.
Currently, Dawn’s Dream Winery boasts an impressive portfolio of 10 wines, featuring seven Pinot Noir reds, one Pinot Noir Rosé, and two Chardonnay whites.
