加迪磨坊酒庄的葡萄园占地2.85公顷，土壤类型为黏土和石灰岩， conditions are ideally suited for cultivating premium-quality Cabernet Franc grapes. The production areas are carefully managed and maintained, ensuring that each grape reaches the desired level of ripeness. Since 2005, the vineyards have adopted the Biodynamic method, considering all aspects of the soil, vines, and other fluctuating signs as a single, interconnected whole.
The grapes from the vineyards are picked by hand and transported to the winery, where there is a strict selection process to ensure the highest quality. Traditional techniques are used for winemaking, such as de-stemming of the grapes and their fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks or oak barrels. The aging process is conducted in French oak barrels for 12-18 months, with 80% new oak used.
Established over a century ago, Chateau Moulin du Cadet has won numerous accolades, including the prestigious Gold Medal at the 1867 Paris Universal Exhibition. Today, the winery produces the highly sought-after Chateau Moulin Du Cadet, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classe, France, with an annual production of approximately 12,000 bottles.
