Drawing on the expertise of seasoned winemaker Kirk Venge, the winery's masterful winemaking was elevated to new heights. Today, B Cellars boasts a remarkable team, with Jim and Duffy steering the operational helm, Alonso Estevez as Cellar Master, Tom Jarman handling brand management, Jonathan Ruppert overseeing operations, Kirk leading the winemaking team, Derek Taylor as Assistant Winemaker, and Fiona Tropiano managing catering and event planning.

B Cellars encompasses over 20 vineyards, such as Star Vineyard, Lewelling Vineyard, and Antica Vineyard, all nestled within the picturesque Napa Valley. These vineyards benefit from a typical Mediterranean climate, characterized by hot summers and mild winters, significant diurnal temperature fluctuations, and a perfect balance of sunshine and cooling night breezes, which contribute to both the accumulation of glucose and the concentration of flavor compounds. With proximity to the California coastline, the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean breezes brings appropriate rainfall and misty conditions to the vineyards. The volcanic lava and ash soils provide rich nutrients for vine growth and contribute to the unique mineral flavors of the wines. The vineyards are planted with a variety of grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Sangiovese, and Viognier.

B Cellars combines traditional winemaking techniques with modern innovations, using handpicked, sorted, and destemmed grapes for white wine production followed by cluster pressing. The must is then submerged in a低温 environment for 48 hours, fermented in either French oak barrels or stainless steel tanks using natural yeasts. For Chardonnay, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, whereas Sauvignon Blanc does not incorporate this step. Red wine production involves cold maceration and fermentation in open fermentation tanks for 25 days using natural yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 26 months in French oak barrels, with 75% of the barrels being new. Each batch of grape must undergoes independent fermentation and maturation prior to blending.

B Cellars produces an array of wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and blended red wines. The winery's mastery of blending different vineyards and grape varieties yields wines of exceptional flavor and complexity. B Cellars wines possess a distinct terroir character and have increasingly become the wine of choice for connoisseurs.
